"The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s small, but perfect for a few nights in Paris. The bathroom is very compact, but all the fixtures work well and everything is clean. We were a bit unsure about the loft bed and narrow staircase after reading some reviews, but it turned out just fine. A handrail has been added to the stairs, which makes them safer (though still very narrow), and the bed itself is quite comfortable. The bedding and towels are of excellent quality, and the apartment is spotless and well maintained. There were no unpleasant odors or surprises — just a cozy, clean space that worked perfectly for our stay."

"In my opinion, the storage system is not very convenient. There are hangers in the wardrobe, but no standard shelves. The only shelves available are on the mezzanine level where the bed is located. The ceiling there is very low, so it’s impossible to stand upright, making the shelves extremely hard to use. I believe it would be quite easy to add a few regular shelves inside the wardrobe, which would greatly improve the situation. Another point to note is that after booking, guests are required to enter personal information, including credit card details, on an external website. It would be better to inform guests about this in advance, rather than after the reservation is confirmed. Also, the message from the administration that arrives right after booking has a rather strict and unfriendly tone. It might be a good idea to soften the wording a bit, so it doesn’t discourage guests — unless, of course, the tone is intentional. That said, I don’t regret choosing this apartment at all. Everything went smoothly, and the location is absolutely fantastic.в ь"

"Overall, everything was good. I am glad that there was heating, an umbrella, an iron, even a coffee machine. Great location. Near to the metro, bus stops, shops. All my questions were solved quickly by the managers. Heating was very helpful in the cold. There is enough space for 1 suitcase and hangers in the closet."

"The refrigerator froze all my food in one night, it became impossible to eat them. Although I didn't change the settings. It was hard to set up the heating. I would also like to have at least a little salt and sugar in the apartment. The guests themselves do not need much for cooking. And so I had to buy a whole kilogram of salt and unnecessary sweetener in coffee. Also a bug was found in one of the blankets."

"Das Bett befindet sich im Maisonette Bereich und ist mit einer schmalen und steilen Stiege zu betreten, die mit einem Tau gesichert ist. Das ist für Personen mit unsicheren Tritt nicht zu empfehlen, war für uns aber kein Problem. Man kann sich im Maisonette Bereich nicht hinstellen."
